By accessing or using SnipeListings ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of SnipeListings, including free and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

SnipeListings is a search aggregation tool that displays publicly available listings from Facebook Marketplace across multiple geographic locations. We do not host, create, or verify any of the listings displayed. All listings are sourced from Facebook Marketplace and are the responsibility of their respective sellers.

3. User Accounts

To use SnipeListings you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and up to date information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

SnipeListings offers the following plans:

• Free: 3 lifetime searches at no cost
• Day Pass: $4.99 one-time payment for unlimited searches for 24 hours
• Week Pass: $9.99 one-time payment for unlimited searches for 7 days
• Pro: $14.99/month recurring subscription for unlimited searches

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Day Pass and Week Pass purchases are non-refundable once activated. Pro subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will not renew after the current billing period ends.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SnipeListings to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our search results in bulk
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Service
• Share account credentials with other users
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal use
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

SnipeListings is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listings
• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That listings are current, available, or accurately priced
• The quality, safety, or legality of any item listed

All transactions are between buyers and sellers on Facebook Marketplace. SnipeListings is not a party to any transaction and accepts no responsibility for any deals made through listings found on our platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnipeListings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

The SnipeListings name, logo, website design, and all related content are the property of SnipeListings. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any of our intellectual property without express written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@snipelistings.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
